 💷 Salary package: £40000 OTE- £32000 basic salary, £8000 performance related bonus opportunity, paid quarterly.

We are a dynamic and ambitious new outdoor activity centre that’s already making waves in the industry. With strong growth and exciting expansion plans on the horizon, we’re looking for an energetic and versatile Activity Centre Manager to lead from the front and help take us to the next level.

🚀 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a varied role. As Activity Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day running of the centre, including:

Overseeing activity delivery, providing world class service to our guests and ensuring safety and quality at all times.
Actively participating in sessions – you’ll need to be comfortable leading and supporting outdoor activities, including quad biking, 4 x 4 off road driving, archery, axe-throwing and clay pigeon shooting.
Training will be provided.
Managing and motivating a small but growing team.
Handling customer enquiries and converting leads into bookings – sales will be a key part of your role.
Coordinating logistics, kit, and vehicles to ensure smooth operations.
Supporting business development and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the business.

You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.

Essential:

Previous operational or team leadership experience (outdoors or similar setting preferred).
Customer centric with a strong sales mind set and excellent communication skills.
Willingness to take part in physical, outdoor activities.
Full UK driving licence.
A problem-solving approach and “can-do” attitude.

Desirable:

Experience working with vehicles (maintenance, towing trailers, or logistics management).
Outdoor qualifications or a background in adventure sports.
First Aid certification.
