Clay pigeon shooting has been at the heart of what we do for over 35 years, long before Yorkshire Outdoors grew into the multi-activity adventure centre it is today.
That heritage shows in the details – our instructors’ depth of knowledge, the way the stands are set to challenge shooters of every level, and a stretch of the Hambleside Hills that’s been shaped around the sport for decades, rather than adapted to fit it.

Clay shooting experiences, tailored just for you
Choose from 15, 25 or 35 shots to suit your skill level and availability, with prices starting from £69, which includes the use of our guns, cartridges, clays, and full 1-1 instruction.
As your skills improve, you can take on more challenging targets, giving you the option to upgrade your session if time allows. Our stands are designed so your LANTRA-trained instructor can vary the targets to match your progress, keeping the excitement high and making every shot a thrilling part of this classic sport.

Please note that, due to planning permission restrictions, we’re unable to offer clay pigeon shooting on Thursdays or Sundays. All other days are available, and we’d be happy to help you find a slot that works!
