Richard Fawcett – Managing Director
With a vast experience of instructing in the UK and Abroad, including many years driving two-wheel drive on the Australian Sand Dunes, Richard is a force to be reckoned with. Not only is he a holder of the coveted Land Rover Instructor Certificate 1991, he is also a 4x4 Competition Winner.

Geoff Watkins - 4x4 Off-road Instructor
After many years of instruction for Land Rover UK, Geoff's pedigree is impeccable. He has had shields presented to him from The Queens Flight, Metropolitan Police Force, and the Army School of Mechanical Transport. He has also instructed worldwide.

Gordon Wilkinson - 4x4 Off-road Instructor
Gordon first visited Yorkshire Outdoors as a customer in 1992. Then he came back a further 20 times, and became so good that we made him an Instructor.

Colin Griffiths - 4x4 Off-road Instructor
Not only is Colin a brilliant 4x4 off-road instructor, he is also highly experienced in corporate events, team building and bonding.

Shane Monkman - Quad Bike and Segway Instructor
Shane has now been with us for 12 months and is a vital part of the team.
Though of modest years his careful and caring approach gives riders whether novice or more experienced, confidence to tackle the challenges that our vast course has to offer.
His huge experience of competitive trials riding over the years supported by his father's enthusiasm gives him the vital expertise to be able to assess constantly the ability of the riders in his group and to therefore be able to choose the most exciting routes appropriate to their abilities and skill levels.
He modestly says that this is relatively easy bearing in mind that group sizes are limited to maximum 6 per instructor and usually 4 as optimum.
